Brief introduction of European Jaw Crusher:
The PEV series of European Jaw Crusher is a new product utilizing advanced technology. Based on a traditional jaw crusher, it has adopted a three-dimensional design.In comparison to a traditional jaw crusher, it has the advantages of a larger capacity and crushing ratio, larger range of input sizes, more consistent output, and is easier to maintain.
Working principle of the European Jaw Crusher:
The PEV jaw crusher utilizes an electric motor. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by a triangular belt and slot wheel to move the jaw plate along a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity—which houses the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board—can be crushed and discharged through the discharge outlet. The machinery can perform batch production.
Features of the European Jaw Crusher
1.Symmetrical deep crushing chamber is adopted to maximize the allowed feed size, capacity and crushing ratio.
2.Three-dimensional software is utilized to optimize crusher parameters and parameter proportions, increasing capacity more than 30%.
3.The bearing seat is designed integrally, reducing constraints in manufacturing and increasing bearing life.
4.There is a thick replaceable plate on the top of the moving jaw to prevent it from being damaged.
5.Wedge utilizes a replaceable traditional gasket for easier and more reliable adjustment.
6.Discharged size can be adjusted to any size within the adjustment range.
