Brief Introduction to the Hammer Crusher:
The Hammer Crusher is mainly used for crushing medium-hard or brittle materials with a hardness of less than 300Mpa and 15% moisture such as coal, cement, gypsum, alumina, brick, tile and limestone. The hammer crusher is characterized by a simple structure, large crushing ratio, high production efficiency and uniformly sized output. The hammer crusher can be adjusted to various granularities per customers' request. Humer crusher is not wide used as jaw crusher and impact crusher,
Working Principle of the Hammer Crusher:
The main working part of Hammer Crusher is the rotor with hammers. The rotor consists of a main shaft, disk, hinge pin and hammers. A sieve plate is below the rotor. The motor drives the rotor at a high speed. When the materials get into the crushing cavity, they are crushed by the rotating hammers. The crushed products which meet the required size are discharged from the sieve plate and become the final product. Oversized materials are brought back to the crushed area to be re-crushed until they reach the required size.

1. Large crushing ratio (generally 10-25 with 50 as the highest), high production capacity, low power consumption, simple structure, easy maintenance.
